Welcome to the Copper Bridge Welding Supply website (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing products from us. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy and Return Policy). 3. Product Information and Pricing
We strive to display accurate product information (descriptions, images, specifications, pricing) on our Site. However, we do not warrant that the content is error-free or complete. Product Availability: Certain products may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been processed and we must cancel the order, we will issue a credit or refund for the amount paid.
Modifications: We may update product listings and prices from time to time. Any offer for any product on our Site is void where prohibited.

4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on our Site, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may, in our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, using the same billing or shipping address, or using the same payment method. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided (e.g. email/phone).
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Payment: All payments through our Site are processed via secure third-party payment processors (e.g. credit card networks or PayPal). You agree to pay the full price of your order, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees, at the time of purchase. If your payment method is declined or fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
For wholesale or bulk orders that may involve custom quotes, payment terms might be arranged separately (in which case, those terms will be agreed upon in writing between you and Copper Bridge).

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping of products is subject to our Shipping Policy (see above). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those shipping terms, including any limitations on our liability for delivery delays or issues once the carrier has possession of the goods. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy if you wish to return a product. By purchasing from us, you agree that any returns will be processed in line with those terms (e.g., 30-day limit, product in unused condition, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund that does not meet our policy criteria.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
All content on the Copper Bridge Welding Supply site – including product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and text – is the intellectual property of Copper Bridge or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Copper Bridge™ and our logo are trademarks of our company. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site for personal or business purchasing use. Prohibited Uses: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our express written permission. You also agree not to use any of our intellectual property (including Copper Bridge name and marks) in any way that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorization.
