At Copper Bridge Welding Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help with a straightforward return process. Please review the policy below:

Returns Eligibility:
90-Day Window: You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges after 90 days.
- Unopened & Unused Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Electrodes, wires, or other consumables must be in their unopened original box/tube.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return. If you ordered through our online store, the order number and email used will suffice.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Any item that has been opened, used, or partially consumed (e.g. opened packs of welding rods or wire spools) cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
- Custom or special-order items (if any) are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process:
1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@copperbridgeusa.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization if applicable.
2. Packaging: Repack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible). Include any manuals or accessories that came with it.
3. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so tracking is important. (If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label in such cases.)
4. Inspection: Once your return is received at our warehouse (766 Palmyrita Ave, Suite A, Riverside, CA 92507), please allow 3-5 business days for inspection. We will confirm via email that we have received your returned item and update you on the approval or rejection of your refund. Items that do not meet the above criteria (e.g. used or damaged by customer) may be rejected for refund.

Refunds:
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund will cover the cost of the product minus any restocking fee if applicable (we typically do not charge restocking fees for standard returns meeting our policy conditions).
- Timing: Credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the unwanted product and place a new order for the item you want instead. This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received an item that is defective or arrived damaged, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery if possible). We will work with you to arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you in such cases. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.
